Dear Reader,

They say to write long and hard about what hurts.  But who are they, anyway?

And what if this pain was seeded in so many of those before me? 

What if what hurts isn’t really even mine? And what if my story is more than a drop in the ocean?

What if my story is the ocean in a drop?

Whatever it is, I have to just start the journey.

The journey to remembering.

This means we have to rip the band-aid off, open the wound and open the womb, and consider what it means to be a woman. A WOMBN. There is so much to feel and heal inside this sacred space. It’s a portal that has been shut down, shut off, and controlled for far too long. 

It took me a long time to get to the first page of this book:  I have waited lifetimes on Earth to write this one.

We all know, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

The first time we did this, it was to remember the Mantra. And the mantra is: I am. You are whatever you say you are.

So, I declare to all those listening, I am ready.

And so are you: that’s why you’re holding this book.

To RE-MEMBER, we need to be a work in progress. 

This second step for my second book, as we dive into an exploration/celebration of the second chakra, is to remember the growth formula.

You want something to change? 

You must have intent, effort, and divine intervention. 

So, here’s my intent…  to transform this story into a gift.

These words are my effort.

And the divine intervention?

Well, that is not for me to know and for us to find out.

The time has come to start a new chapter. One filled with the matriarchy and mercy and mending and magic. 

Do you believe in MAGIC? 

I sure do.

So, let’s take a big breath in… exhale… and magically begin again.
